Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
As a Data Principal located in India, you are entitled to specific rights under the DPDP Act, 2023 regarding your personal data processed by Meridian Bridge Strategy (the Data Fiduciary).
Section 11
Right to Access
You can ask us for a summary of your personal data being processed and the identities of all other Data Fiduciaries with whom we have shared your data.
Section 12
Correction & Erasure
You have the right to correction of inaccurate data, completion of incomplete data, and erasure of your personal data unless retention is necessary for a legal purpose.
Section 13
Grievance Redressal
We are obligated to respond to your grievances within a prescribed period. You may contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) for any concerns.
Section 14
Right to Nominate
You may nominate an individual who shall exercise your rights under this Act in the event of your death or incapacity.
